Reduction Gearbox Units

 

Introduction
The "Knowles" reduction gearboxes are robustly engineered units with the same high quality and specification, as our P.T.O products.

The gearbox is inserted into the transmission line to change the final drive speed.

Reduction gearboxes allow the vehicle to travel at speeds as low as 0.01 Kilometers Per Hour upwards depending on vehicle build and specification.

Typical applications include cropping machines, tar spraying machines, white lining trucks, road sweepers, refuse trucks and any vehicle where controlled low vehicle speed is necessary.

Vehicle Weights
These units are available for vehicles ranging from 3.5 tonne through to 60 tonne Gross Vehicle Weight.
